The Canias-ERP Personnel Management – Personnel Management (HCM) module provides the management of basic processes related to personnel such as personnel data, payroll, recruitment, organization management, administrative affairs, compensation calculation and shift planning.

Human resources users can meet their own report needs by designing reports on the system. Thus, the human resources department can efficiently manage both its operational and strategic processes on the system. The Personnel Management module works fully integrated into the system.

 

PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT

In the personnel record card in the Personnel Management module, all operational and personal information of the personnel are kept on the basis of information groups. Some data are tracked on a date basis, so that the information of the personnel valid in different periods is also preserved on the system. Information groups in the registry card; organization, identity information, wages, bank, shifts, social insurance, private insurance, payments, executive files, disability status, family information, marital status, work experiences, education, foreign languages, reward-punishment information, embezzled fixtures and similar titles. can be listed.

Fee changes in the module; It can be transferred to the registry cards in bulk and with different calculation methods through the relevant application. Personnel shifts can be planned by optimizing in the Shift Planning application and recorded on the registry cards. In administrative affairs applications, embezzlement transactions can be made without accessing the registry card, and the food and service lists in the facilities can be followed. With the personnel notification application, the personnel can convey their suggestions and complaints. With the personnel participation application, manual follow-up can be provided in workplaces that do not have PDKS.

Personnel change rate analyzes can be prepared through the system. A more visual follow-up can be achieved with cockpit screens showing the upcoming events and demographic data of the personnel. With the above-mentioned features, personal information can be tracked, used in other applications, and thus the processes of human resources management can be managed quickly and easily.

 

PAYROLL MANAGEMENT

Personnel payrolls are calculated quickly and easily in accordance with current legislation, social security types and tax laws. Different payroll types can be created on the module, more than one payroll can be calculated for the same period. In the payroll calculation screen, all entries that will affect the payroll of the personnel can be intervened on a single screen. With payment and deduction management, payments can be made to flow automatically to payrolls or payments can be entered in CSV format. The information received from card reading systems can be imported in CSV format to create a scorecard, and the permissions entered in the permissions application can be included in the scoring. Payables and advances in installments can be recorded on the system, deductions can be automatically reflected on the payroll,

Calculated payrolls can be accounted for according to the registration keys determined on the basis of personnel through the application in the system. According to the keys determined in the finance group value fields on the personnel registration card, automatic registration can be assigned to different accounts even when the same registration key is being processed. In accounting receipts; Distribution can be provided according to the cost centers or projects specified on the payroll, as well as according to the cost centers or projects, which can be determined on a period basis for the personnel.

ORGANIZATION MANAGEMENT

Staff Definitions, Staff Requests, Organization Charts and Job Descriptions can be tracked on the system. As many companies, facilities and workplace personnel as desired can be followed on Canias-ERP. Department, task and staff definitions can be made on the basis of company and/or facility and can be associated with registry cards.

In the application of staff definitions; valid norm staff numbers, staff status, wage ranges, standard payments can be recorded. Staff and vacancies in the staff can be listed. Valid for the relevant staff definition; Administrative, technical, project managers and staff definitions of the managers they report can also be made on the system. Staff requests can be created in the system and submitted for approval.

Organizational Charts can be created on a facility basis and with validity dates, and can be followed as trees or diagrams. Managers in the registry card can be filled from the organizational chart created or from the manager information in the staff definitions. Different types of organization charts can be prepared over the system.

Qualifications required for job descriptions, training required by candidates or employees, learning information, foreign language knowledge, duties and responsibilities can be defined, and job descriptions can be associated with staff descriptions.

 

RECRUITMENT / TERMINATION

An important part of the Personnel Management module is the easy management of recruitment and dismissal processes. In the process of leaving the job, the registration cards are preserved in the system as former personnel. In case the personnel starts working again in a future period, the information in the old registration card can be transferred to the new card or continued with the old registration card, so that recruitment can be carried out quickly. In the process of leaving the job, the personnel are checked for the status of fixed assets and open installment debt payments. In addition, in case of dismissal, the remaining leave fee can be automatically reflected on the relevant payroll, and the severance and notice payments, if any, can be calculated and transferred to the payroll. The transfer between companies can be made with a single transaction and can be continued on the same registry card.

In personnel selection projects; project levels, costs, needs, announcements, applications, interviews and exams can be organized. Through the module, the personnel needs required for the project can be created from the cadre definitions or staff requests, and the announcements and costs can be recorded. Applications for the project can be created from working personnel, former personnel or through the CV bank, applicants can be responded to via mail or e-mail, and their tests and exams can be followed on the system.

With the CV (Resume) Bank application, detailed information about the candidate such as general information, experiences, grammar, education and training can be recorded, pictures and documents can be added to the CV, and the proposals and decisions presented to the candidate can be recorded. Thus, a search can be made in the CV bank that is formed according to the desired criteria. In the recruitment process, the information on the CV selected from the CV bank can be automatically transferred to the registry card. In addition, it is possible to transfer the CVs prepared in external environments to the system with XML format.

 

REPORT WIZARD

Easy reporting of all processes related to human resources is a critical issue for companies. Daily, periodical or individual report needs take up a lot of time of human resources department employees and sometimes require other users in the report preparation processes. These processes can be easily managed with the report design creation and reporting applications in the Human Resources Management module. With the report wizard, reports in different report groups can be designed, recorded and run whenever needed. Search criteria used in reports can be recorded on a user basis and reused in subsequent reports. Prepared reports can be taken in formats such as CSV, PDF, Excel, txt.

 

INTEGRATION

The Personnel Management module works integrated with various points of the ERP system. Payrolls calculated on the module can be accounted with a single click thanks to the integration of the Accounting Management module. While creating accounting records, distribution can be made on the basis of Cost Centers, Cost Objects or Projects. Again, the transfer of the calculated payrolls to the Concise Statement can be easily performed on the system. Fixed Assets module integration is possible in embezzlement transactions.

Within the scope of Personnel Management, Registry cards and CV bank applications work integrated with the Document Management module and related documents can be tracked in the system. It is also possible to manage business processes in applications with the Business Process Management module.
