1. Data controller

2. Data we process

Identity and contact: full name, work email, phone, company name, job title.

Request details: number of employees, the system you use today (spreadsheets, ERP, etc.), your message and meeting preference.

Usage and security: IP address, browser information, pages visited, campaign (UTM) parameters.

Marketing cookies: ad measurement data via Meta Pixel, only if you consent.

3. How we collect it

Through forms, meeting booking and live chat on heartecon.com, Facebook/Instagram lead forms (Meta Lead Ads) and cookies.

4. Purposes and legal bases

Responding to your request, contacting you by phone or email and preparing an offer — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and Art. 6(1)(a) (your consent given in the form).

Keeping customer relationship (CRM) records — Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest).

Operating and securing the website — Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest).

Ad measurement with Meta Pixel — Art. 6(1)(a), only with your consent in the cookie banner.

5. Recipients and international transfers

We share data with our hosting, email and CRM service providers, and with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. when you use a Meta lead form or consent to the Meta Pixel. Where data leaves the EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

Request and contact records are kept for up to 3 years after our last contact; records that become contracts are kept for the period required by law. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser and can be changed at any time.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt) or your local supervisory authority.
